Earlier this year you might have heard about Howard University officially renaming its College of Fine Arts after the late Chadwick Boseman and the school just made it official last week!
On Friday, the school posted a time lapse video of Boseman's name being installed on the college's main building and it will now be called the Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts in case you are potentially touring Howard in the near-future.
You can see the time lapse video below and it also includes a little bit of the college's history and how Boseman played a part in its legacy as one of the few people leading the charge to keep the College of Fine Arts from being folded into the larger College of Arts & Sciences.
The school will also house an endowment in the Black Panther star’s honor to help future students attend the school.
