The 'Oatzempic Challenge’ Can Apparently Help You Lose 40 Pounds

People who are looking for a drop-fat-fast trick but are unable to obtain the ever-expensive Ozempic shots are going to their pantries to make a homemade diet beverage that is claimed to produce unbelievable weight loss results.

Content creator Rénita exclaimed in one of her TikToks that she thinks it is indeed possible to lose 40 pounds with this trend, as she herself saw results of losing 5 pounds every 4 days!

Renita, who kicked off her weight loss journey with the cocktail as her tool, weighing in at 176 pounds when she began, has seen major results using this tool!

She also claims that she feels very high energy and overall refreshed with this new tactic!
The call-to-action encourages folks to consume the drink on a daily basis for about 8 weeks in order to drop several dress sizes.

“Oatzempic,” a combination of the words “oat” and “ozempic,” is a hearty mixture of instant oats, water, and freshly squeezed lime juice.

A internal and pediatric specialist, hailed the grain for its many metabolic effects on diabetics, including its ability to lower A1C, cholesterol, inflammation, and blood pressure. But he warned that filling up on the spoonfuls won’t trigger a massive drop on the scale in a few short weeks.

He goes on to say that unless you go from eating an extremely high-calorie breakfast to this Oatzempic drink, you’ll only see some weight loss, but probably not 40 pounds.

However, the pro says eating — or drinking a low-calorie breakfast made of oats can place people in a caloric deficit, prompting their bodies to shed fat quickly.
