Burger King employees are now required to offer you a crown, regardless of age, and tell customers " You rule!"
Deborah Derby, the CEO of Carrols Restaurant Group, Burger King’s largest US franchisee, told Bloomberg News, that the interaction creates a “positive aura.”
Apparently this policy has been in place since October 2022, and the company even sends people to monitor restaurants to make sure they are following through with the requirements.
