The World's most expensive ice cream will run you about $7,000.
The Japanese luxury ice cream brand, Cellato, set a new Guinness record for the world’s most expensive ice cream costing a total of $6,700.
The ice cream is made with: "milk, two types of cheese, egg yolks, and sake leek, and is topped with Parmigiano cheese, white truffle, truffle oil, and gold leaf."
It also includes a hand-made metal spoon, which many assumed is where the price came from. According to reports, Guinness records clarified that the price does not include the spoon. The white truffles come form Alba, Italy and part of a high-quality batch and are the most expensive part of the ice cream
