This study found that 1 in 8 people said they have difficulty staying energized while traveling. But interestingly, Traveling in the morning might help with your energy levels! Those who were asked reported that they actually felt MORE energized when they travel in the morning compared to traveling at night.
IMO: traveling at night makes me more tired because I'm not getting the quality of sleep that I need at night to properly function.
