This Beer Is Made From Air Conditioner Condensation

Have you ever wondered what the water that comes from your air conditioner tasted like? Well know you can do it in this new beer that's made with the same condensation!

East Village Brewing Company in San Diego is partnering with San Diego International Airport to collect the condensation from all of the airports AC units to use as the basis for two new beers.

Obviously the brewing company purifes the water before putting it into their new IPA and pilsner, but it's essentially a water reclamation project

The beers are called "Hoppy Travels" for the IPA and "Pre-Flight Pils" for the pilsner and this isn't the only way the airport is reusing its water elsewhere because it's also using it to clean equipment and vehicles and to help control the temperature in the terminals.

You can learn more about the beers HERE, but we feel like if they didn't tell us how the beer was made we would have no problem with it!
