Tricks that Help Sleep Experts Go To Sleep

If you have trouble falling asleep, you might want to try one of these tips that sleep experts use themselves. You can do these things in as little as a minute to help you dose off:

  • Do a brain dump
  • Turn of electronics (i.e. Phone, Tablet, computer)
  • Do a breathing exercise
  • Have your bedroom at a comfortable temperature (67-69 degrees is recommended)
  • Do a soothing enjoyable activity that doesn't require a screen.
  • Drink a soothing beverage- like chamomile tea or warm milk
