If you have trouble falling asleep, you might want to try one of these tips that sleep experts use themselves. You can do these things in as little as a minute to help you dose off:
- Do a brain dump
- Turn of electronics (i.e. Phone, Tablet, computer)
- Do a breathing exercise
- Have your bedroom at a comfortable temperature (67-69 degrees is recommended)
- Do a soothing enjoyable activity that doesn't require a screen.
- Drink a soothing beverage- like chamomile tea or warm milk
