Already feeling the drag of January? You're not alone, but one acupuncturist might have a twenty-second trick to help you feel energized when you wake up!
Eileen Li is an acupuncturist in Connecticut and claims that her trick can not only combat drowsiness, but also make you feel alert first thing in the morning.
You can see how to do the trick in her video below, but you essentially have to put pressure on the area right underneath your nose for 20 seconds and then you'll feel a rush of energy as soon as you take the pressure off.
Apparently the spots is known as DU-26 in acupuncture and has also been used to revie people who have fainted so you now know that too!
