You're not the only one this holiday season if you may be slightly dreading going home for the holidays and a new survey says we ALL have a limit on how much family time we can handle in one day!

A new survey found that those who are visiting relatives for the holidays this year can only spend an average of 3 hours and 54 minutes with their family before needing a moment to themselves.

Almost 75% of respondents said they needed at least a brief amount of time away from family and friends and 25% said they actually have a designated hiding space in their homes/where they're staying to get that alone time.

The top issues that caused people to need alone time were your family getting on your nerves, family drama, feeling like you are imposing, and the house being too loud or busy.

In other words, if you feel like things are a little TOO hectic then you can easily make an excuse to go get milk or butter because you always need that!
