There is another "cleanse" that is taking over TikTok that creators claim helps relieve constipation and bloating. It's called a "salt flush" and experts are saying this cleans is unnecessary and could be dangerous, especially for people who have health conditions.
A dietitian has responded to this trend on TikTok, saying it's "literally napalm for your bowels."
