If you're making any important life decisions then you might not want to give your toddler your phone which this family learned the hard way after their 22-month-old spent $1,700 on furniture from Walmart!
The family was moving into a new home and looking through Walmart's website for furniture, which we all do when making a big move just to see if we can afford any new furniture, but they needed to distract their toddler so they gave their son their phone.
What they weren't counting on was the toddler buying a TON of accent chairs and not realizing until he had already made the purchase because he clicked the "instant buy" feature.
Luckily, Walmart is refunding the family for all of the furniture they return, but you already know it's going to be a pain in the butt to return $1,700 worth of furniture in a few weeks!
Time to change the parental settings on your phone!
