Google shared a list of uniquely searched Christmas cookies by every state and it turns out that every state in or around the DMV has a different holiday favorite
Google's data includes searches from Nov. 29 to Dec. 6, as Americans were baking some of their first batches of holiday desserts and here are the favorite cookies in our area:
- DC - Old Fashioned Italian Christmas Cookies
- Maryland - Greek Christmas Cookies
- Pennsylvania - Italian Christmas Cookies
- Virginia - Ooey Gooey Christmas Cookies
- West Virginia - Chocolate Christmas Cookies
