A new survey looked at how people's moods change and focus is affected when the time changes. The findings showed that 30% of people experienced seasonal depression or more feelings of sadness as winter arrived. 1 in 5 people experienced more anxiety as it got darker earlier and many had trouble focusing & finding motivation to work out.
But there was one thing that actually helped boost mood and focus from the time change: Coffee. Researches says that drinking more coffee can improve your mood and your focus affected by the time change it getting darker earlier.
