Has it been a little bit of a struggle for you to try and get motivated to work out again? You're not alone and it turns out a simple parenting hack can help you find the right motivation!
TikTok user Emdash80 recently shared how she motivates herself to work out and it's the same thing she does to her kids for good behavior: get rewarded with screen time.
She essentially says that she only gives her kids screen time when she's working out, but the same might be true even for us adults!
Instead of sitting on the couch watching an endless stream of TikToks and YouTube videos, you can instead train yourself to watch a certain show only on the treadmill, even if it's for 30 minutes!
