Why do we have a feeling that we know how this is going to end based on our horror movie knowledge?
A group of scientists recently discovered over 30 viruses frozen in two ice samples taken from the Tibetan Plateau in China, from over 15,000 years ago and you already know something is going to go wrong.
The findings were published in the journal Microbiome and apparently the viruses were frozen after dust and gases formed into glaciers. The scientists plan to use the viruses to research them even more and use the information to reflect past environments.
