You might want to start decreasing your workout at the gym because according to Dating.com, "dad bods" are the most attractive body type!
The dating website recently polled its members and found that three out of every four users surveyed said they prefer "dad bods" the most!
Only about 15% actually preferred a "built" or "chiseled" look in comparison and while we don't know if the same can be said for "mom bods" you would think the same would be true.
Now this doesn't mean you need to let yourself go completely, but you don't have to be 100% in shape. So if you have some extra room to love don't worry about it anymore because singles actually want that!
