This might be one of the dumbest lawsuits we've ever heard of, but a man in California is suing Twitch for $25 million for having streamers that "look too sexy."
The man claims that the streamers he watches have caused him to injure his penis, according to the lawsuit, and had subjected him to overly suggestive and sexual content from various female streamers.
Now you can do whatever you want in your free time, but don't start suing people just because they are also trying to make a living and their apartment doesn't have any air conditioning.
In response to the allegations, a Twitch spokesperson simply stated, “These claims are frivolous and have absolutely no merit.”
