Millennials are all about keeping it healthy, even if it breaks the bank a little.
According to a Sweet Earth Foods survey, millennials are more concerned about the quality of the food their buying over anything else (48%).
Here’s the food priority breakdown:
- Full of nutrients (46%)
- No artificial additives (40%)
- Organic food (39%)
- Plant based (37%)
With that being said, millennials have no problem cutting out meat and switching up their diets completely to live healthier lifestyles:
- Eating plant-based foods (36%)
- Avoiding carbs and sugars (41%)
- Eating healthier foods (46%)
Our health is important to us, so that comes with a nice price tag. 70% of us are spending more on healthy food than traveling, and you know we’re all about exploring new places.
If you want quality, you’ve got to pay for it.
