She also announced that she has re-recorded her entire "Fearless" album... and with it she's include 6 never before released songs from the vault. These are songs she wrote between 16 & 18 and says "It killed me to leave behind."
In here announcement she left a secret message that spells out APRIL NINTH.

Justin Bieber announced he will be doing his first ever long-form TikTok concert. It's happening at 9 pm on Valentine's day and will be performing songs from his 2013 digital-only album “Journals.”
Justin said it is one of his favorite projects and he has never performed material from the album.
