#Hollywood- Golden Globes Highlights

Betty White will be 96 this month and she credits her longevity to being an optimist and focusing on the positive. She says she tries to see the funny side and the upside, not the downside and that complaining is a waste of time.

She also credits her diet of VODKA AND HOTDOGS. — in that order.

Kit Harrington— aka Jon Snow from game of thrones— was spotted hanging out at a bar  in NYC.He was playing pool, but then things started to go south. 

Apparently he had a few too many drinks and began banging on tables, grabbing at pool cues, and getting in peoples’ faces. He was asked to leave and did but he returned, and was eventually physically removed.

Khloé Kardashian revealed that her family told her that her weight was hurting their brand. She knew they weren’t trying to hurt her, but it was hard not to take it personally. After getting the weight off, she says she never wants to be that size again.

Seth Meyers hosted the Golden Globes last night. The biggest winners at the "Golden Globes" were "Big Little Lies" and the movie "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri", which both took home four awards.

Other winners include: 

”The Handmaid's Tale,” "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” Sterling K. Brown won for "This Is Us," becoming the first African American to win Best Actor in a drama, Aziz Ansari won for "Master of None.”

Oprah won the Cecil B Demille Award and gave an INCREDIBLE speech. People were tweeting that she should run for president after her speech. (See full speech below). 

A lot of women brought the heat! Several women called out E! While being interviewed by E! over Catt Sadler’s claims that she left the network after finding out her male co-host was making twice as much money as her Debra MessingSarah Jessica Parker & Eva Longoria mentioned it as well as. 

Eva Longria did too AND She “clapped back” as the kids say during an interview where she & Reese Witherspoon and were were explaining the purpose of the Time's Up movement, and Carson  Daly said he was sure the conversation would continue "throughout tonight and for the next weeks, months," and Eva quickly replied, "This is not a moment. This is a movement, and tonight is just one small part of that." 

Natalie Portman presented for the Best director and made a point to say quote, “And here are the all male nominees. ”
