This is the EASIEST and best dip recipe for any occasion. Every time I go to a game party, I bring this and it's always a hit. It makes for good left overs too!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound Sausage -- You can use the precooked sausage if you want, Or brown it yourself.
- 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- 1 pkg (8 oz each) Philadelphia® Original Cream Cheese, cut into pieces
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook 7 minutes or until crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Drain. (If you have pre-cooked sausage, skip to the next step)
- Add undrained tomatoes and cream cheese; stir until cream cheese melts.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, if desired.
BOOM that easy. The best part is you can modify the recipe to your desired taste. More sausage, more tomatoes are always a good idea.
