Sausage Dip Recipe for the Big Game. YUM!

This is the EASIEST and best dip recipe for any occasion. Every time I go to a game party, I bring this and it's always a hit. It makes for good left overs too! 




INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 pound Sausage -- You can use the precooked sausage if you want, Or brown it yourself.
  • 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 1 pkg (8 oz each) Philadelphia® Original Cream Cheese, cut into pieces


DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook 7 minutes or until crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Drain. (If you have pre-cooked sausage, skip to the next step)
  2. Add undrained tomatoes and cream cheese; stir until cream cheese melts.
  3. Serve warm with tortilla chips, if desired.

BOOM that easy. The best part is you can modify the recipe to your desired taste. More sausage, more tomatoes are always a good idea.
