A subtropical depression in the central Atlantic is expected to strengthen with winds approaching hurricane force by tomorrow. Forecasters at the National Hurricane Center predict that Leslie will become a large and powerful post-tropical cyclone. The system is around eleven-hundred miles west of the Azores and moving slowly eastward. She isn’t expected to affect the U.S.
