Im still salivating over this salmon that I made for dinner the other night. Cooking has always been so therapeutic for me but with my little one running around, I don't often get to cook like I would like. And If I do the recipe has to be quick and simple.
Cooking this fish is just so stinking simple!
- Cast Iron Skillet
- 6 to 8 oz Salmon Fillet
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Trader Joes Peach Mango Chutney
Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees. The heat olive oil in cast iron skillet. Salt and pepper salmon and then place it skin side down in skillet. Sear for around 2-3 minutes. Flip fish over and then place salmon (in skillet) in the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes. Top with chutney and ENJOY!
