QVC Acquires Home Shopping Rival HSN For Big Bucks
QVC's parent company, Liberty Interactive Corporation of Englewood, Colorado confirmed the plan yesterday to acquire its rival HSN. The deal went down for a whopping $2.1 billion dollars. The deal is expected to be completed in the final three months of this year. HSN has six-thousand employees, with 25-hundred workers in St. Petersburg – what’s happening with them remains to be seen.

Disruptive Woman Removed From Atlanta To Chicago Flight
This kind of stuff just makes me afraid to fly at all.
A facebook video shows a woman arguing with another passenger and a flight attendant on American Airlines flight 281 Wednesday night. The disruptive passenger had repeatedly reclined her seat as the plane was heading toward takeoff. The woman shouted and cussed out the passenger behind her when she was asked to stop reclining her seat. The woman also became combative when a flight attendant intervened and asked her to stop reclining. The video shows the woman passenger following a flight attendant to the back of the plane as several passengers yelled at her to "sit down" and at least one passenger yelling "you're going to get us killed." The plane returned to the gate in Atlanta and she was removed.
