WallyGator, a 7-year-old alligator from Pennsylvania -- weird place for an alligator to come from -- could win a new pet contest.
The reptile who "loves to give hugs" is the front runner in the America's Favorite Pet: Animal Kingdom contest. While its unknown how many votes he has, he does have over 68,000 followers on TikTok where his bio shows that he's a registered Emotional Support Animal.
WallyGator's owners reportedly run a reptile sanctuary in Pennsylvania.
The pet contest features a few rounds of votes to determine who will be crowned the winner.
