If you were OBSESSED with all things Batman back in the day, mostly because of Batman: The Animated Series, then get ready because Prime Video just released the firs trailer for the series' "spiritual successor" Batman: Caped Crusader.
Even though Caped Crusader isn't in the same continuity as Batman: The Animated Series, it is heavily influenced by the 90s animated show and pretty much gives Gotham those 1940s vibes like it did on the original show.
J.J. Abrams, The Batman director Matt Reeves, and Batman: The Animated Series co-creator Bruce Timm are all attached to the series which will premiere on Prime Video on August 1st, but you can check out its first trailer below!
