This Exercise 'Ages You The Most' According To Plastic Surgeons

You might want to cancel or reduce your running plans today because, according to a plastic surgeon, running is the exercises that ages a person the fastest!

Dr. Gerald Imber went viral on TikTok over the weekend explaining how running long-distance can actually age you the most not only because of the wind and sun on your face, but also because of the toll it does on your knees and ankles.

Imber, who specializes in procedures for the face and body, also noted that running a bit every day and a few miles every other day is fine, but anything more than that is too much.
