Turns out ALL those years of waking up early might actually be more beneficial than we thought because a new study claims it might be making you smarter!

A new study from the University of Ottawa’s School of Psychology found that verbal intelligence may be superior in early-birds than it is in night-owls, despite previous findings.

While previous research found that night owls had a superior verbal intelligence, the new study monitored participants' daily preferences and biological rhythms and found that morning types had a higher verbal ability.

Now this isn't saying everyone who wakes up early is super-intelligent, but just saying that everyone on the show wakes up by 4am so we might be a little biased!
