It's weird to think that you might want to already start planning for your New Year's Eve celebrations, but Airbnb is here to let you know that not everyone is going to be able to book a New Year's Eve stay this year!

The home rental app is enforcing its party policy even more this year to prevent users from hosting rowdy event for New Year's Eve by putting restrictions on stays of two nights or less during the holidays.

As of today you must also have a history of positive reviews if you want to book a stay somewhere and if you don't then you won't be able to even look at the final price of a specific location.

While the exact number of positive reviews needed wasn't specified, the threshold will apply to all properties in the U.S., Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, New Zealand, Spain, and the U.K so even if you leave the country you'll have to deal with the same reviews if you travel for the holidays.

Something tells us that Airbnb just hates people having parties or they don't want to raise the minimum on cleaning fees which are already expensive!
