We're one step closer to living out our Star Wars fantasies because a YouTuber, who is also an engineer, just created a fully retractable lightsaber that burns at 4,000 degrees!
YouTuber the Hacksmith and his team revealed their real-life lightsaber that they've been developing earlier this week and it's the closest we might actually get to what lightsabers look like in every Star Wars movie.
In the video below you can see the team attach a tank of propane to help fuel the lightsaber's plasma flame and then use the lightsaber to cut through metal like butter!
