Doctor Strange Will Appear In The MCU's 'Spider-Man 3'

Who would have thought that Marvel Studios has been teasing us of who would take over for Tony Stark as Peter Parker's "mentor" since Avengers: Infinity War because Benedict Cumberbatch has just been announced to appear in the untitled Spider-Man 3!

Our friends at The Hollywood Reporter broke the news that Cumberbatch's Sorcerer Supreme, otherwise known as Doctor Strange, will fill in the mentor role for Tom Holland's Spider-Man in the next film and with the recent addition of Jamie Foxx to the cast as Electro, our multi-verse theories are starting to come true.

Doctor Strange is supposed to be getting his own movie, Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, which we already know features Scarlet Witch, but there has been rumors swirling that Spider-Man was going to make a brief appearance and this might have confirmed that as well.

Now there's no guarantee that this theory might be right, but MCU enthusiasts are predicting that the third Spider-Man film will focus on the multi-verse, which could be set up by The Multiverse of Madness and then dealt with in Spider-Man.

Also who wouldn't want the potential of seeing THREE versions of Spider-Man on screen if the other rumors are true!?

As of right now the third Spider-Man film is scheduled for December 17th, 2021 and you can see Peter Parker and Doctor Strange's first interaction below!
