Get ready for movies to start changing as they are released because Cats is the most recent film to receive an update after only being in theaters for a few days!
According to our friends at The Hollywood Reporter, Cats will be receiving an update version of the film that will fix CGI issues in the release-version of the film.
Universal, the studio behind Cats, sent notices to theaters over the weekend explaining that a new version of Cats would be made available soon. This new version would include “improved visual effects."
Apparently the big indicator on which version of the film you are watching is to look at Judi Dench's hands in the film because the original version of the film forgot to give her cat hands instead of her normal hands.
Cats is in theaters now and currently has made only $6.5 million at the box office so far.
