Get ready to have breakfast/dessert WITH your chicken sandwich at KFC because the restaurant is testing a chicken sandwich with DONUT BUNS in select markets!
KFC will be serving a sandwich that features its Extra Crispy™ chicken filet between two hot glazed donuts and honestly it sounds pretty good! You can also get it as a chicken and donut basket for $5.49 or if you just want donuts you can buy them at KFC for $1!
Currently the only cities that are offering the donut sandwich are Pittsburgh, Norfolk and Richmond, but if they do well then KFC will roll out the donut menu nationwide!
So if you have friends in either of those cities then tell them to commit to KFC for the next week so they can do the world a favor!
