HAPPY GROUNDHOG DAY! Will we have six more weeks of winter or will spring be coming early this year?
Turns out Punxsutawney Phil DID see his shadow which means SIX MORE WEEKS OF WINTER!
This year marks the 131st Groundhog Day at Gobbler's Knob with Punxsutawney Phil and folklore has it that if the groundhog sees its shadow when it emerges from its burrow on Groundhog Day, there will be six more weeks of winter.
If the groundhog doesn't see its shadow, then tradition says spring is on the way. In honor of this weather-predicting day, here is Bill Murray's comedy film, Groundhog Day:
