has changed his name AGAIN! and explained exactly why he made this interesting revision to his ever-fluctuating alias. The rapper said on Jimmy Kimmel Live! (writer: Molly McNearney) that he's since changed his moniker to "Love", and his reason for the change is actually, well, lovely.
On the late night show, host Jimmy Kimmel asked the entrepreneur to clear up some confusion about his new name, as Diddy... Love had previously asked to be called "Brother Love" in an Instagram video but later backtracked on the name change in a subsequent post. He explained on the show,
"I never went back to Diddy. And I've made an edit from 'Brother Love', since I'm already black, to just 'Love' ... the 'Brother' seemed redundant and it's working out great. Who doesn't love love?"
