Over the weekend the BBC announced that a new actor will be playing the pivotal role of Doctor Who and they announced that it will be Jodie Whittaker! She's becoming the FIRST FEMALE Doctor ever!!
Whittaker will be taking over for Peter Capaldi, the current Doctor, to become the Thirteenth Doctor at the end of this year! If you've never watched the show before, think of it like the televised version of the James Bond movies where its the same character, just different actors!
