Kanye joined the Kardashian- Jenner family to celebrate Khloe's 33rd birthday at the Blind Dragon.
Before joining the group inside, Kanye chatted up one of his friends on the phone, and then met up with some guys on the street.
The one thing that stood out was that Kanye West was SO HAPPY!
As you may know, Kanye West is having a rough couple of years and Twitter was over the moon about seeing Kanye in better spirits.
