TBS Will Air EVERY Star Wars Movie on May 4th for Star Wars Day!

May 1 may be called the "It's Gonna Be May" Day while May 5 is Cinco de Mayo, but the most important holiday during the first week of may is Star Wars Day on May 4!

Star Wars Day is on May 4, mainly because fans made the joke of "May the Fourth Be with You," but in honor of that, TBS will be broadcasting every Star Wars movie for the entire day! The films will run in numerical order so if it's your first time watching them you'll get the whole picture, but TBS released a promo for the event and it's getting me hyped!

I'm definitely going to drink some blue milk while learning some new lightsaber techniques, but in the meantime here is the full schedule of what's happening on May 4:

  • 6:40 a.m. – Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace
  • 9:25 a.m. – Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones
  • 12:20 p.m. – Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
  • 3:10 p.m. – Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope
  • 5:40 p.m. – Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back
  • 8:15 p.m. – Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi
