A Space Force Member Was Demoted For Skipping Class To Get A PS5

***Shout out to Christina on Twitter, who helped us clarify and correct what to call Space Force members, which has now been reflected in this blog!***

Apparently some people are desperate enough to get a PlayStation 5 that they're willing to get a demotion in the military so that they can secure a PS5!

Apparently a guardian in the United States Space Force actually skipped training last week so that he could secure a PS5 and now he's facing backlash and a demotion for it.

As spotted on the Facebook page "Air Force amn/nco/snco," one guardian of the USSF arrived 30 minutes late to his fitness training and when his superior officers asked about why he was late he responded with "Yolo, PS5 > letters of discipline."

You can see the official citation below that led to the Space Force guardian's demotion and just a word to the wise that while getting a PS5 seems super-dire right now, just know that there will be a TON more consoles in production in a few months when more games come out!
