If you haven't been to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge then you might have made the right decision because Disney Parks has just announced that the SECOND ride added to the Star Wars themed-land will be opening this Winter!
The ride is called Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and while it wasn't ready when the park opened in May it will definitely be a great addition to Smuggler's Run.
While Galaxy's Edge hasn't opened yet in Orlando it will be the first park to open the ride on December 5th and the ride will later open in Disneyland on January 17th.
Rise of the Resistance will have riders ride in a trackless cart to witness a "climactic battle between the First Order and the Resistance,” that will feature almost all the current characters in the Star Wars saga, including: Rey, Finn, Poe Dameron, and Kylo Ren.
