Turns out that the Millennium Falcon ride at Star Wars Galaxy's Edge isn't an EXACT replica of the infamous Star Wars ship in how they break down!
Even though it's been open for about a month the ride does break down from time-to-time, like most theme park rides, and someone filmed the ride breaking down from inside the cockpit.
It turns out that when the Falcon breaks down the image that is depicted inside the cockpit is of a brown desert/field. Apparently the ride was made using a game engine (what they use to make the graphics of a game) from the same developers that make Fortnite, Epic Games.
