I'm totally jumping into Fortnite this weekend after Epic Games just revealed what their Fortnite X Avengers crossover will entail: you'll get to either play as Thanos or as the Avengers!
Fortnite just announced its crossover mode will be called Fortnite Endgame and it will have players play on one of two teams: the Avengers or Thanos and the Chitauri.
Essentially everyone on the Avengers team has to find the OG Avengers' (Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and Hulk) weapon of choice to prevent Thanos and the Chitauri from acquiring all the Infinity Stones.
If all the Avengers die then Thanos wins, but if the Avengers are able to defeat Thanos and the Chitauri they win!

The new game mode isn't the only thing related to Avengers: Endgame coming to Fortnite either as in the next few weeks you'll be able to unlock free rewards with the ultimate prize being the Quinjet.
Players will also be able to purchase costumes based on the Avengers with a Black Widow-inspired costume being the first one available.
