Looks like we're only a few weeks away from Netflix's The Punisher coming back to our lives according to a leaked release date from Netflix in South Africa and the Middle East!
Netflix originally rang in the new year by releasing a new teaser trailer for the show that depicts Frank Castle getting ready to head back to work, but this trailer only had a "coming soon" for its release date.
But we can thank a now taken-down Twitter post from Netflix in South Africa and the Middle East that stated that the release date for the show was January 18th!
Now we do know that this will be the second season of The Punisher on Netflix, but this could also be the last season if the trend of Netflix canceling its Marvel shows continues.
Hopefully this means that Jon Bernthal's version of the character gets the ending he deserves and it isn't open-ended, but we'll find out in a few weeks!
