Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Will Be a Disney Park That Serves Alcohol

Just when you thought you were already excited for Disney to open their Star Wars expansion in Disneyland and Disney World, they reveal a new fact that will get every adult super-excited.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Will Be Serving Alcohol!

You read that right! You'll be able to get your drink on and, if you get far enough, actually believe you are in a galaxy far, far away!

Detailed in Disney Park's newest blog update, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will feature a restaurant called Oga’s Cantina that will by stylized like the cantina scene from Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.

Here is the official cantina description to help you prepare for what will probably be the most popular attraction at Disney, especially near the end of the day:

Visitors come to this notorious local watering hole to unwind, conduct shady business, and maybe even encounter a friend…or a foe. Run by an intriguing alien proprietor, Oga Garra, the cantina adheres to a strict code of conduct that tries to keep its unruly patrons in check. But with a history of being a smugglers’ safe haven and a popular stopping point for those seeking to avoid the authorities, you can bet that the cantina has a story or two to tell.

It turns out that RX-24, the droid that controlled the Star Tours ride, will be the in-house DJ, but hopefully we get an appearance from Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes (the Cantina Band) from time to time!
