It's the beginning of the end because Disney just revealed that the last Marvel movie that will be released on Netflix will be Ant-Man and the Wasp.
According to a report shared with the New York Times Captain Marvel will be the first Marvel film to be streamed exclusively on Disney's streaming service. Apparently starting in March of 2019 EVERY Disney film will go to the streaming service instead of Netflix which includes Disney and Pixar animated films and Star Wars films.
In the same report it was revealed that Disney's streaming service won't include Rated-R or TV-MA material which will be interesting to see what happens when Disney acquires 20th Century Fox properties like Deadpool and Logan.
Despite Marvel being moved to the streaming service it looks like the Marvel Netflix shows will remain on Netflix for the time being.
