It seems like only a few months ago we were writing about Keiynan Lonsdale's Wally West/Kid Flash was joining DC's Legends of Tomorrow and we've now learned he won't be returning to the show next season as a series regular.
According to TV Line, Kid Flash won't have a role in the upcoming season of Legends, but he will show up in the Season 5 premiere of The Flash.
Keep in mind that Legends of Tomorrow kind of takes place all over the timeline of the Arrowverse, so we don't know if Wally is just leaving to be closer to family.

It turns out that for now Matt Ryan (Constantine) and Jes Macallan (Ava) have been promoted to series regulars for the coming season and that the door will remain open for Lonsdale to reprise the role.
We'll always have "Careless Whisper" though!!
