Jennifer Lopez is keeping her priorities in order.
A source recently explained to People why the "On the Floor" singer isn't currently dating one year after finalizing her divorce from ex Ben Affleck, and it's because her focus is on other important matters than her love life. Namely, focusing on her various professional projects and raising her 17-year-old twins Max and Emme, who she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
"It's all about work and the kids for her," the insider said. "She seems happy and content."
Lopez filed for divorce from the Good Will Hunting actor in August 2024 on the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding, citing irreconcilable differences. The divorce was finalized in January but the pair were said to be on friendly terms, especially for their respective children's sake. Affleck is a dad to Violet, 20, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 13, whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Despite their split, the exes were reported to be "in a really good place" during their surprise reunion at the New York City premiere of Lopez's film Kiss of the Spider Woman in October, though an insider at the time shut down speculation of a "romantic reunion."
"They're in a really good place," the source said. "They continue to support each other. They're both proud of what they accomplished together."
