Tom Parker has lost his battle to brain cancer.
The singer, best known for being a vocalist in British boy band The Wanted, passed away at the age of 33 following a 2 year fight against stage four glioblastoma.
The band made the solemn announcement on their Instagram account, sharing that he passed away at lunchtime surrounded by his family and bandmates.
"He was our brother, words can’t express the loss and sadness we feel. Always and forever in our hearts."
Parker was very open with sharing updates on his health with his social media following and was recently in Spain receiving treatment.
The Wanted recently got back together after a multi-year hiatus and were touring Europe. Parker leaves behind his wife, Kelsey, and two children: Aurelia, aged two, and one-year-old Bodhi.
