Every year, the DC Foster & Adoptive Parent Advocacy Center (FAPAC) hosts a holiday event for children in foster care who have been separated from their siblings, in the DC foster care system. During this heartfelt reunification event, every child receives a gift and enjoys reconnecting with their siblings through entertaining activities.
