This is so heartbreaking.
A mom is taking a video of doing her four-year-old daughter's hair and her daughter is watching the camera and spits out the words, "I'm ugly" and then just starts crying. Hard. Her mom takes the heartbreaking moment and turns it into a beautiful lesson. She starts pulling out the compliments and it doesn't stop. She then goes on to tell her that she's going to be the greatest teacher, doctor, entrepreneur...whatever she wants to be. She builds up her dimples, her smile, her confidence, all in a matter of minutes.
THIS is how we should be raising our daughters.
